5:30-7:00 Cocktail Hour and start of Silent Auction, Wine Raffle, and Grand Raffle

Appetizers and Open Bar offering wine, beer and soft drinks are provided for our guests to enjoy.  Live music is provided for your entertainment. For cocktails, please visit the hotel bar for a cash bar option. Open bar shall be available until 9:30 p.m.  

Please browse our amazing silent auction offerings while you enjoy your beverages and appetizers.   Additionally, buy Grand Raffle tickets for your chance to win one of three prizes each valued at over $500. Finally, don't forget the ever popular Wine Pull--where you will walk away with a bottle of wine that retails for over $20 and the chance to win a wine tasting for six from Lynfred Winery in Wheeling.

The Wine Pull, Grand Raffle, and Silent Auction will end at 8:00 p.m.

7:00  Welcoming remarks from Executive Director Megan McKenna and the Mano a Mano Board President.

7:15  Impact Raffle

The always exciting impact raffle will feature sets of artist created notecards that 115 of our supporters will have a chance to purchase for a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy with cover.  Other prizes also available for lucky winners!

7:30  Begin Buffet Dinner           

Join us for a delicious Buffet style dinner offering: Ceasar Salad, Garlic Bread, Cheese Tortelini with sun dried tomatoes, cremini mushrooms and peas in an Alfredo sauce; penne pasta with Italian sausage ragu and Mozzarella; sauteed boneless chicken vesuvio; and seasonal vegetables. Coffee and Dessert Service are also provided.

8:00 Close Silent Auction, Wine Pull and Grand Raffle.  Winners will be announced!

8:15  Begin video and Live Auction   

9:15 Closing Remarks and special recognitions and begin Check out procedures!
