
Meet Zully Ramirez, Mistress of Ceremonies for the Monarch Gala 2018

Zully Ramírez works as a news reporter for Noticiero Telemundo Chicago, which airs Monday through Friday at 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 10:00 PM on Telemundo Chicago/WSNS, the local station which serves the Spanish speaking community of Chicago.
As part of Noticiero Telemundo Chicago, Ramirez reports the latest and most important news for Chicago area viewers. Rodriguez joined Telemundo Chicago in 2014.
Prior to joining Telemundo Chicago, Ramírez worked for WUNI-Boston from 2011 to 2013 as a news reporter. She also worked as host of the program “Hoy en Nuevo York” for the company World Communications Enterprises from 2010 to 2011 in the city of New York.
Ramírez earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Utica College in the state of New York. Ramírez is a member of the the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, an organization dedicated to the recognition and professional development of Hispanics in the news.
Originally from Guatemala, Ramírez advocates for justice and equality for all humans, regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation.
